Replacement Policy (No Returns or Refunds)
We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we provide a free replacement if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a free replacement, you must send an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. The video must be sent via:
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery or without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Once approved, a replacement product will be delivered within 15 business days.
